The focus of Bloomin' Fest is on arts and crafts vendors, spingtime gardening, plant and flower vendors, concessions and bandstand entertainment.
There will be a children's area.
Now accepting vendor applications, fee is 30.00 for a 10 X 10 space, food vendor is 60.00.
